En un sartén de 12 pulgadas calienta el aceite a fuego medio alto. Acitrona la cebolla y el ajo, 2 a 3 minutos revolviendo ocasionalmente hasta que este transparente.

Agrega el arroz y vino. Cocina a hervir. Reduce el fuego y cocina hasta que el vino se haya evaporado, de 2 a 3 minutos. Agrega el agua, sal y los paquetes con sazonador. Deja hervir. Reduce a fuego medio bajo. Cubre y deja cocer por 25 a 30 minutos o hasta que el liquido se haya absorbido.

Agrega la crema y 1/2 taza de queso. Reduce a fuego bajo. Cocina 5 minutos o a que espese y el arroz este cocido. Agrega las nueces. Para servir espolvorea mas queso.
