Ingredientes

  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup no-trans-fat vegetable oil spread
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup fat-free egg product
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups Gold Medal™ whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups Total™ cereal
  • 1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Instrucciones

    Heat oven to 350° F. In large bowl, beat brown sugar, vegetable oil spread, oil, egg product and vanilla with electric mixer on low speed until blended. With spoon, stir in flour, oats, baking powder and baking soda until well mixed. Stir in cereal and chocolate chips.

    On ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.

    Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack.
