Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup sweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Yoplait® Greek plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 1 Nature Valley™ oats 'n honey crunchy granola bar, crushed

Directions

    Combine quinoa, almond milk, yogurt and vanilla in a glass container. Stir well, cover and refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.

    Remove from the fridge, stir, serve and top with raspberries and crushed granola. Enjoy!
