I'm hosting a Halloween party for all the moms of my son's school mates in a few days, and I plan to make carne asada burritos. I'm going to go all out with the decorations, costume and, of course, the frightening food. I have a variety of finger foods and creepy drinks planned out, but the main course is what I'm really looking forward to making: a spooky, bloody "Boo-rito!" I'll be using the extra large flour tortilla and all the wonderful fillings that go inside of it: Mexican rice, refried beans, onions, cheese, carne asada and cilantro. In order to put the “boo” into this burrito, I simply added a red chile sauce on top to make it look like it’s bleeding. Happy Halloween!
