If you like the combination of sweet and savory, then you're going to love this breakfast of Cheerios™ in caramel sauce with mango and kiwi. A layer of Cheerios™ with vanilla yogurt, quinoa, fresh mango and kiwi, toasted almonds, caramel and sea salt; this breakfast will help us start our day with a simple, but very unique dish. Simply delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz) fat free Yoplait® Original Fat Free vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of Honey Nut Cheerios™ or Cheerios™
  • 1/4 cup quinoa, cooked in water
  • 1/2 mango, sliced or chopped
  • 1/2 kiwi, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon almonds, sliced or chopped
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions

    Use a spoon to add the yogurt to a bowl.

    Add Cheerios™ or Honey Nut Cheerios™, quinoa, diced mango, kiwi and almonds.

    Add caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt. Serve immediately.

    To ripen a mango, place it in a paper bag at room temperature. Ripe mangos can be kept refrigerated in a plastic bag for up to three days.
