Who doesn’t like fajitas? Roasted meat with bubbling onions and peppers fresh off the grill is a delicacy.
The good thing about this recipe is that you can use different types of meat and you don’t have to fire up the grill. Today, I’m using a handful of ingredients to make delicious chicken fajitas on the stove, in only 30 minutes. Can you believe it?
Be sure to have some tortillas, salsa, rice and beans on hand for a complete meal that will delight both kids and adults alike. And because we’re using sweet bell peppers in this Mexican dish, those that like a little more kick can add salsa or a little Serrano pepper or jalapeño to the chicken to take it up a notch.
