In our city, these sweet bites have become popular throughout the bakeries and cafes. Cake pops are one of my children's favorite treats–they're an attractive and fun postre that comes in a variety of colors and sabores. I was determined to learn how to make them at home to give the kids a surprise on their birthday or for a fun dessert during a Friday pajama party. Even though I don't have much patience for making small things and prefer to make large cakes, I began to check and was surprised by just how easy these pops are to make. The final results look so nice, you'll almost wish the kids wouldn't eat them, but you can savor the moment by snapping a few photos to enjoy for later. These mini cakes are fun to make, colorful and are a tasty sweet for sharing with your kids any afternoon, as dessert after a family dinner, or with your own friends alongside coffee or tea.
