We’ve been busy lately with holiday decorating, shopping and gift wrapping. To help make that time more enjoyable, I’ve become quite an efficient baker using just a few ingredients. By using Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Biscuits in so many of my recipes, I’ve saved tons of time that I’m able to dedicate to my family during this special season. Prepare this simple recipe the next time you are home prepping for the holiday chaos; your family will enjoy the sweetness it adds to this holiday season.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Southern Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits (8 Count)
  • 2/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened, shredded coconut

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  • 2
    Roll out each biscuit so it’s 1/4-inch thick. Add 1-2 tablespoons of chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon shredded coconut to the center of each extended biscuit.

    Fold one side of the dough inwards towards the filling, and roll it between the palms of your hands. Seal the ends by pinching the dough together.

    Arrange on a baking tray, 2 inches apart. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

    Enjoy with a glass of cold milk.

    As soon as you take these treats out of the oven, brush them with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon for added sweetness.
