This year you can prepare some treats for your sweetheart and express your affection with chocolate truffles with pecans. They are super easy and quick to make. Ingredients

  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions

    Melt chocolate chips in a bain-marie. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth.

    Add condensed milk and vanilla extract. Stir until completely combined. Let cool to room temperature.

    Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in chopped pecans. Store in airtight container.
