As you well know, the word “chupacabra” comes from a legendary name describing a creature (animal or human) that attacks different animal species, sucking all their blood out .This is mostly common in livestock areas, but also in rural areas. The legend is known in Mexico, Puerto Rico, Chile and Texas, among other places. The mysterious legend of the chupacabra has sparked the interest of the enthusiastic creators of exotic drinks, especially in Mexico. If you have the pleasure of trying this exotic drink, you will be captivated by its attractive and delicious flavor. It becomes a mysterious and enigmatic drink, with a mix of flavors, which highlights the qualities of the combination of two types of Tequila, fruits and vanilla, and the touch added by the hot sauce. In “Sexy Chef,” the cooking classes I regularly teach, not only do I show my students how to make dishes from all over the world, but I also teach them bartender specials to surprise their guests with exotic drinks, among them, the star of this article: the popular chupacabra that has become a sensation. I want to share my secret with you so you can prepare this popular drink that lives up to its legendary name.
