Ingredients

  • 4 peaches
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • Whipped cream, for garnish

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • 2
    Wash, dry and halve peaches; remove pit.

    Place peaches in baking dish, dollop each peach half with 1/2 teaspoon butter and evenly sprinkle each half with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake until peaches are tender, about 20 minutes.

    Serve warm topped with whipped cream and garnished with ground cinnamon.
