Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) LaLechera® sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
  • 1 cup salted peanuts

Directions

    Heat oven to 325°F. Spray two 15x10x1-inch pans with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until well blended. Stir in cereal and peanuts until evenly coated. Spread evenly in pans.

    Bake 18 minutes. Spread on waxed paper; cool completely. Break into pieces. Store in tightly covered container.
