Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 ozs) sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 (6 ozs) ready-made graham cracker pie crust
  • Fresh whipped cream or thinly sliced limes, for garnish

Directions

    Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

    In a blender, add sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, fresh lime juice and blend until smooth.

    Add mixture to pre-made pie crust, place on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

    Remove from oven, cool completely and place in fridge to chill for 4-6 hours.

    Serve with fresh whipped cream or lime slices.
