On a hot day there is nothing more refreshing than a cup of water with a lot of ice. Giving it a tropical twist with a combination of pineapple, papaya and orange, will make your whole family will love it more.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups papaya, cut in small pieces
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, cut in small pieces
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 to 1 cup sugar

Directions

    Blend the papaya and pineapple pieces with 4 cups of water in blender until they are blended well. Strain the mix in a 2 to 3 liter jar. Add the orange juice and enough water to fill the pitcher (like 2 cups). Add sugar.

    Refrigerate before serving. Serve with lots of ice.

    For a bubbly punch, you can substitute the last 2 cups water with lime-lemon soda.
