Ingredients

  • 4 wafer cookies (approximately 3.5" x 1" x 0.25")
  • 1 box Fruit by the Foot™ Variety Pack
  • 4 Betty Crocker™ Fruit Gushers™ orange fruit flavored snacks (from tropical flavors variety pack)
  • Orange frosting
  • Chocolate chips

Directions

  •
    1
Create a box out of the wafers: lie one wafer flat on the plate to serve as the base. Stack the others vertically along the base to serve as the walls. Use a knife to cut a wafer in half for the smaller walls. Glue together with frosting.
  •
    2
Line up the Fruit Gushers™ in a neat row in the box.
  •
    3
Remove the green Fruit by the Foot™ strips. Cut the strip lengthwise and begin creating the carrot leaves (cut out rectangles of approximately 1.75" x 0.5" in size).
  •
    4
Make a cut across the width of each leaf so that it looks like a fringe.
  •
    5
Start rolling the green fringe into itself and glue it to the carrot with frosting.
  •
    6
Pour the chocolate chips into the box so that the carrots look like they're dug into the "earth".

Expert Tips

  • tip 1
Use the other Fruit by the Foot™ colors to decorate the plate around your "garden."
  • tip 2
Let the kids participate! You can delegate to them the final step of filling your "garden" with the chocolate sprinkles.
