Give your ice cubes a little taste and color by combining fruits with aromatic herbs and fruit juice. They're ideal for lemonades, teas and infusions. You can add sugar to your juice if you like. In this case I'm going to use the ice in lemonade.

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple juice
  • Juice from one lemon
  • Cold water

Directions

    Cut the kiwis into slices or triangles and the pineapple into small cubes and fit them into the ice tray.

    Mix the cold water, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Fill the trays and freeze for 24 hours.
