When I was little, my mom always made this smoothie. Since then, my favorites have always been mango and soursop. I still drink them often, but I have modified them a bit. Smoothies are definitely a tasty way to start the morning or stay refreshed on a hot day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of diced mango
  • 2 cups of fresh low fat milk
  • 1 (6 ounces) cup Yoplait® Greek 100 protein tropical fruit yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of agave or honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla (optional)
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon to decorate

Directions

  • 1
    Peel and dice the mango.
  • 2
    Add to the blender with the rest of the ingredients.
  • 3
    Blend until you have an even consistency.
  • 4
    Serve cold or with ice cubes.
