Ingredients

  • 4 oz Mexican-style spiced chocolate, grated
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ancho chile powder
  • 15 mini phyllo shells
  • Grated cinnamon, to taste for garnish

Directions

    Combine grated chocolate and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave until melted, stirring occasionally.

    Remove from microwave and stir in ancho chile powder. Allow to cool to room temperature.

    Fill phyllo shells and place in fridge until ready to serve. Garnish with grated cinnamon before serving.
