Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 cup diced nopales
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.

    Dice nopales and freeze in plastic bags of 1 cup to use all week in smoothies. You can find diced nopales in your Latin grocery store.
