Ingredients

  • 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Sugar Cookie Dough
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar or 2 tablespoons colored sugar

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, break up cookie dough. Stir or knead in flour until well blended.

    Shape dough by tablespoonfuls into balls; roll in sugar. Place balls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Press bottom of drinking glass on each ball until about 1/4 inch thick.

    Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately sprinkle with additional sugar. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Store loosely covered. Do not stack cookies.
