BBQ pork ribs are a delicious North American classic. It doesn't matter what seasoning you use because they always come out tender and delicious. In this occasion I marinated them with pineapple juice to give them a more tropical taste. The result was as delicious as I expected.

Ingredients

  • 3 racks of pork ribs
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 5 garlic cloves, mashed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

    Season the ribs with salt and pepper, place the ribs inside of a gallon zip lock bag or in a large plate.

    Mix the pineapple juice, sugar, rice vinegar and mashed garlic in a bowl. Pour into the bag and close it, then let marinate for 1-2 hours.

    Remove the ribs from the mixture and save the liquid. Turn on the grill on high.

    Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 15 to 20 minutes on each side. Use a brush to moisten with the marinade occasionally.

    Don't over cook the meat to prevent it from being dry and hard.
