Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • Olive oil, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 bag Cascadian Farm™ frozen organic sliced peaches
  • 5 strips prosciutto
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 400 °F or prepare and light the grill.

    Stretch out the pizza dough on a floured surface and knead it with a bit of olive oil.

    Cover with shredded cheese.

    Add the sliced peaches and prosciutto cut into large strips.
