Puerto Rican coquito is one of those traditional holiday drinks, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy it throughout the rest of the year. Some families make it for dinner while others prepare it to give away as gifts in beautifully decorated bottles. No matter what, I invite you to try it this year. It’s very easy to make and you’ll only need a few ingredients. But, I must say that it’s very important that you use coconut cream and not mistake it for coconut milk, which is lighter. Cheers!
