One of my favorite pumpkin dishes is pie, which I usually have tons of after the holidays. Since I'm not a big fan of throwing food away, I tried to find a way to make this delicious dessert part of another dish to keep things interesting. Because I love smoothies, I decided to combine these two great desserts to create and outstanding pumpkin pie smoothie. Since I love making smoothies, I decided to reuse one of my favorite desserts and combine with other ingredients to create a fantastic smoothie with pumpkin pie.
