Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 1/2 cup diced unpeeled apple
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 medium stalk celery, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (2 tablespoons)
  • 8 slices whole grain bread

Directions

    In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except bread.

    Spread turkey mixture on 4 slices bread. Top with remaining bread.
