Precalienta el horno a 350°F. En un sartén de 10 pulgadas de diámetro calienta el aceite a fuego medio. Ya caliente agrega la cebolla; cocina revolviendo constantemente durante 3 minutos o hasta que este transparente. Agrega los pimientos, el brócoli con la salsa y los champiñones; cocina por 2 a 3 minutos, revolviendo ocasionalmente hasta que el brócoli este suave pero no sobre-cocido.

Corta cada calabacita a la mitad longitudinalmente. Con una cuchara quita el centro dejando la cáscara con un grosor de ¼ de pulgada. Vacía en las 4 mitades la mezcla del brócoli. Colócalo a un molde de vidrio para horno de 12x8 pulgadas sin engrasar.

En un plato hondo chico mezcla el pan molido con la mantequilla. Vacía sobre las calabacitas rellenas. Cubre con papel aluminio.

Hornea durante 20 minutos. Retira el papel aluminio y hornea durante 8 a 12 minutos mas o hasta que el pan molido este doradito y las calabacitas estén suaves.
