Cocina la papa en agua hirviendo hasta que esté suave. Pélala y córtala en cubos de 1/2 pulgada por lado.

Mientras tanto corta la coliflor en flores y cocínala en agua con sal o al vapor hasta que esté medio suave. Escurre.

Calienta el resto del aceite en una sartén grande o un wok. Saltea la coliflor con el ajo. Agrega la cebolla y el tomate cherry y saltea por 2 minutos, sin que se deshagan los tomates.
