Some first time mothers might not know how to create a diverse menu for our babies. Most of us are inclined to prepare homemade creams and purées that offer a good amount of nutrients that our children need. These apple purées contain an important amount of fiber, as well as vitamins and minerals that benefit the growth of your baby. I recommend using Golden apples because it’s got a soft and pulp that your baby will love!
