Every year I try to do one or more new recipes of coquito, and this year I'm turning to blueberries for inspiration. These homemade coquitos (with or without alcohol) are meant to enjoyed with the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (7.6 oz) Blueberry Pomegranate Yoplait® Smoothie
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 can (8.5 oz) coconut cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (optional)
  • 1/2 cup white rum

Directions

    Add all ingredients in a blender and blend well until you reach a creamy consistency.

    Refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Serve chilled or over ice.
