Pamper yourself with this classic British dessert bursting with berries and fresh orange juice. It is typically made with liqueur and fresh whipped cream, but I've created a recipe that's easier to make on a busy day when all you crave is a dreamy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup Cascadian Farm™ organic frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoon fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping
  • 1 (6-oz) Yoplait® Original Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Directions

    In a small saucepan over low heat, stir together sugar substitute, cornstarch, blueberries and fresh orange juice. Cook until the mixture thickens, for about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat, place in fridge to chill for 1 hour or overnight.

    Whisk together whipped topping and yogurt until blended. Gently fold in chilled berries and spoon into two bowls, top with orange zest.
