As you can tell by their name, these carnaval tortitas are traditional during that time of the year in which people take their costumes out and everything turns into a party for carnaval. This recipe comes from the Canary Islands and everyone loves them. They’re golden on the outside and soft inside, and the anise flavor makes them irresistible so they’re simply delicious!
