Chia, granola and cranberry bars are our little secret for those moments when we’re hungry and we’re craving something sweet. You can make them in just a few minutes, and the recipe only has 5 ingredients. They’re delicious, easy to make, and they help you kick start your day. What else could we ask for?

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cups Nature Valley™ Granola
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup cranberries

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350° F.

    Melt the almond butter and the honey over low heat. Let it boil for 1 minute.

    Mix the granola and chia seeds. Add the almond butter and honey. Stir well until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.

    Pour the mix into a baking dish lined with parchment paper, and add the cranberries.

    Press with a fork or spatula until you get an even layer. Bake for 15 minutes.

    Cut the bars with a knife once the mix is cold.

    If you want, you can replace the almond butter with peanut butter.
