Lately I’ve been experimenting with various overnight oat recipes. I love this type of oatmeal because it is creamy and it only takes a few minutes to prepare in the evening. If you’re on the go in the mornings, prepare it in a jar or a container with a tightly sealed lid. All you have to do is add toppings and grab a spoon!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup whole or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Yoplait® Greek plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • Sliced almonds, for topping
  • Chocolate chips, for topping
  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cereal, for topping

Directions

  • 1
    Place oats, cocoa powder, milk, yogurt and agave nectar in a glass container. Mix well. Cover and set aside to rest overnight.

    When ready to enjoy, heat in microwave for 30-60 seconds. Top with almonds, chocolate chips and Cinnamon Toast Crunch™.

    Serve and enjoy!
