Ingredients

  • 1 can (7.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Cinnamon Rolls with Original Icing (5 Count)
  • Nonstick cooking spray, to taste
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup blackberries, more for garnish

Directions

    Preheat waffle iron.

    Open can and separate cinnamon rolls. With hands, flatten each dough round to 1/2-inch thickness.

    Once waffle iron is preheated, spray with nonstick cooking spray, place one flatten cinnamon round on each waffle grid and cook until golden and crisp, about 2-3 minutes. Repeat until all waffles are made.

    Place cooked waffles on a baking sheet and place in a warm oven until ready to serve.

    To make frosting, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and salt until light and fluffy.

    In a small bowl, mash blackberries with a fork, stir into cream cheese frosting.

    Serve with warm waffles. Garnish with additional blackberries.
