This is a fantastic way to start the day: yogurt, granola and fresh fruit! Want to know the best part? It calls for a touch of delicious dulce de leche. This is one of the few breakfast items my kids eat without complaining. It’s delicious and with just one serving you’re completely ready to start your day on the right foot.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of natural Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of dulce de leche + 2 tablespoons to decorate
  • 2 cups of Fiber One™ Protein Cranberry Almond cereal
  • 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries washed and cut into slices
  • 1/2 cup of fresh blackberries, washed

Directions

  • 1
    Mix the yogurt and 1/2 cup of dulce de leche in a medium sized bowl, stir until the ingredients are well combined.

    Pour one half of the mixture into a wide-mouthed glass, and then pour the other half into another. Then add a layer of cereal, another layer of yogurt and finally another layer of cereal.

    Decorate with strawberries and blackberries and sprinkle with dulce de leche.

    Serve immediately.
