Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of pineapple (approximately 1-inch thick)
  • 4 medium strawberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 (6-oz) Yoplait® Original Yogurt (flavor of your choice)

Directions

  • 1
Peel the pineapple and remove the eyes carefully. Chop the pineapple into 1-inch wheels. Use a pineapple wheel to remove the core and chop into 4 triangles. Place the triangles over a paper towel.
  • 2
Wash the strawberries and carefully remove the leaves and place on a paper towel.
  • 3
Peel the kiwi with a sharp knife and cut into 1/2-inch slices. Place on a paper towel.
  • 4
Be sure that the fruits are dry. Place the yogurt of your preference in a small, deep bowl with a wide opening.
  • 5
Carefully insert popsicle sticks into the pineapple triangles and push through to the middle. Pass the pineapple through the yogurt and cover it completely or halfway. Place the paletas in a short plastic cup as you cover them; make sure the fruit remains exposed. Use one cup per paleta.
  • 6
Carefully insert the tip of the stick into the flat part of the strawberries and cover again the same way you did the pineapples. Place the strawberries in separate cups as you prepare them. Keep them standing without touching each other.
  • 7
Do the same with the kiwi and place them in another cup.
  • 8
Place the cups in the freezer for 2 hours. After two hours, move the frozen paletas to a container with a lid that can be frozen. Keep them in there until you’re ready to enjoy!
