Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 peaches, sliced and pit removed
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • Fresh mint leaves, to garnish

    Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat.

    Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Brush sliced peaches with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Grill cut-side down until fruit has softened, for about 5-8 minutes. Serve with mint whipped cream and garnished with mint leaves.

    To prepare mint whipped cream: With an electric beater or stand mixer, beat heavy cream, sugar, and mint extract until soft peaks form.
