Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 8 leaves lettuce
  • 6 slices Tybo or white cheese
  • 2 avocados
  • Lime, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 casserole (10 x 6 in)
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • Chives, for garnish

Directions

    Thinly slice the tomatoes, chop the lettuce and cut the white cheese into strips. Leave one slice whole and set aside. Mash the avocados using a fork, and then add lime and salt to taste.

    Place a layer of lettuce into the casserole and apply a bit of pressure.

    Add a layer of tomatoes over the lettuce, covering the surface.

    Add slices of cheddar cheese to cover the tomatoes.

    Use a spoon to spread the guacamole over the surface of the cheese and flatten out.

    Sprinkle chives over the layer of guacamole to create “grass.”

    Use scissors to cut a circle out of the whole slice of cheese we set aside earlier. This will serve as the center of the pitch.
