For New Years dinner I like to prepare simple snacks that don’t require too many ingredients or too much time, but sometimes guests are a little picky. I like to serve delicious ham and cheese rolls. I also like using whatever meat I have in the house to fill them, like slices of turkey or pieces of chicken. For drinks, I like brightly colored ones that use seasonal ingredients. Today I’m sharing a recipe for a delicious cocktails using pomegranates that pairs wonderfully with the rolls.
