Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped ham
  • 1/4 cup shredded or diced cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

    Cook the bacon in a hot saucepan and then dice. Save the bacon grease.
  • 2
    Whip the eggs in a container and add the ham, cheese and cooked bacon. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Heat the saucepan with the bacon grease and add the egg mixture.
  • 4
    Let the egg thicken and move once in a while.
  • 5
    Flip the omelet by covering the saucepan with a big dish and let brown on the other side.

    Serve immediately.
