Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup Yoplait® plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chives, finely diced

Directions

    Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Top with chives and serve with pita chips.
