Japanese food is easily one of my favorites. Most of their dishes are exquisitely simple and use nutritious ingredients like seaweed. One of my favorite dishes is miso soup, perfect for any time of day and has a flavor that makes the perfect dish as an appetizer. In general, I enjoy this soup when I visit Japanese restaurants as it is served as a complimentary dish with most dishes. Personally, I love it as dinner because its light and delicious. Due to my interest in Japanese cuisine, I decided to learn how to prepare this soup and to my surprise, it was actually quite easy.
