Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nature Valley™almond dark chocolate nut crisp bars or Nature Valley™salted caramel peanut nut crisp bars, crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream

Directions

    Add half of the cup of crushed bars into a 5 inch round mold. Cover the bottom of the mold to create a layer.
  • 2
    Add ice cream over the layer of crushed bars making sure to cover it completely. Use a spatula.
  • 3
    Cover the ice cream with the rest of the crushed bars and press lightly.
  • 4
    Place mold in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, and you’ll have a delicious and crunchy ice cream cake.
