A few years ago, I was shopping at a swap meet with my mom. After a few hours of buying cheap junk, we went to eat in the food court. It was a huge mess and it got really crowded. Suddenly, I heard a vendor yell, "Chicken Parrilla here!" I was eager to try it because it was a new taco variety for me, and it was delicious! Check out my recipe so you can have an idea of what I'm talking about!
