Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day because it provides the energy we need to start our day off right. I prefer starting my day off with cereal or oatmeal, but occasionally I prepare a shake or a serving of yogurt with fresh fruits. It’s an excellent option when it comes to finding alternatives for your kids. The truth is that there’s nothing better than enjoying a breakfast you love!
