Ingredients

  • 2 medium kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1 medium papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 jalapeño chili, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Directions

    In medium glass or plastic bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.

    Serve with grilled poultry, pork and seafood.

    Serve this salsa at room temperature for the fullest flavor. If mangoes and papayas are not available, try substituting a combination of peaches, nectarines, plums and apricots.
