There’s nothing more tempting than a tower of Argentinian Panqueques with Dulce de Leche, and you can eat them at any time and for any reason. Many people like to eat them for breakfast and others like to eat them as a dessert with a cup of coffee. You can use any leftover dulce de leche in several dishes. You can even pour it over delicious slices of cheese. Sounds good, right?

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup flour

Directions

  •
    1
Prepare the dulce de leche by putting the can of condensed milk in a water bath using a pressure cooker.
  •
    2
Remove it after half an hour and let it cool down. Set aside.
  •
    3
Mix the rest of the ingredients to make the panqueques, but remember to beat the eggs first and then add some milk and flour.
  •
    4
In a pan, heat the oil and then pour in some of the mixture.
  •
    5
Once the edges are golden brown, turn the panqueque over with a spatula and cook the other side.
  •
    6
Keep repeating until you’ve used the entire mixture.
  •
    7
Serve each panqueque with some of the dulce de leche you prepared previously.
