My kids love quesadillas as a snack. But what if we turn them into breakfast food? These banana, honey and Cheerios™ quesadillas are fast to make and include some of the ingredients kids already enjoy for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole grain flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Cheerios™ cereal
  • 1 medium banana, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup medium strawberries, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons honey or fat free condensed milk

Directions

    Roll out tortillas and spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter over half of each tortilla. Add Cheerios™ over the peanut butter. Add sliced banana and strawberries. Finish with a little honey.

    Fold over each tortilla and cut them in half so you end up with 4 triangles to serve.
