When we begin to plan our Christmas menu, we should always include delicious and eye-catching dishes that don’t necessarily require a lot of work. The idea is to save as much time as you can to get ready for your night and be able to enjoy the festivities in peace. These Christmas potatoes are a staple of my household holiday menu and have been for as far as I can remember. This dish only requires 4 ingredients and few minutes and you’ll end up with an absolutely delicious dish.

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • Water, enough to cover the potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 natural yogurt Yoplait® (flavorless)
  • 1 handful of parsley

Directions

    Cook the potatoes in the water with salt until they’re a little soft. Drain and cool.

    In a blender, mix the yogurt and parsley.

    Add the salt to the sauce and pour over the potatoes.

    Mix well so that the sauce completely covers the potatoes.

    Serve with parsley as garnish.
