Ingredients

  • 1 pound carrots, peeled, sliced 1/8-inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread
  • Salt, as desired
  • Pepper, as desired
  • Chopped fresh parsley, if desired

Directions

    Combine carrots and water in 10-inch skillet. Cover; cook over medium heat until carrots are crisply tender (5 to 6 minutes).

    Uncover; stir in Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender (5 to 6 minutes). Season with salt and pepper, as desired. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately
